Consulting Services for Data Security Improvement in Medical Systems

This contract opportunity involves enhancing the security of data processed in medical systems. The focus is on increasing the protection of workstations and servers, as well as implementing a Security Operations Center (SOC) service as part of the project "Development of Digital Services at the Oncology Center of Lublin, named after St. John of Dukla." The contract is not divided into parts because it is technically, organizationally, and economically a cohesive whole. This decision does not limit competition for smaller entities, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The scope and scale of the contract are suitable for SMEs. The contractor will be required to provide the following services: a) SOC services that include monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity incidents in real-time; b) support for the implementation and maintenance of the service; c) integration of the contract subject with existing systems; d) provision of qualified personnel with relevant certifications; e) conducting free training for the buyer's administrators, certified by a training protocol.
