Construction of ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 System on Railway Lines

This contract involves the design and execution of works for the installation of the ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 system on railway lines 133 and 134 from Sosnowiec Jęzor to Kraków Główny, and on railway line 91 from Kraków Główny to Podłęże. The main scope includes: 1) Preparation of project documentation, including preliminary documentation, inventory, construction designs with supervision, obtaining necessary administrative decisions, developing execution designs, and post-execution documentation; 2) All construction works according to the approved project documentation, including preparatory works required for the contract; 3) Conducting compliance assessments of the structural subsystem 'Control - trackside devices' at all stages (design, construction, and final testing) and providing relevant verification declarations and certificates; 4) Obtaining permission for the operation of the structural subsystem 'Control - trackside devices' from the President of the Railway Transport Office.
