Construction Work for Railway Line No. 236

This contract involves the design and execution of construction work for the single-track railway line No. 236 between Wągrowiec and Rogoźno Wlkp., covering the section from km 77.913 to km 95.460. The scope of work includes: 1) preparing project documentation necessary for the proper execution of all construction works and obtaining all required opinions, agreements, approvals, conditions, decisions, and permits essential for the realization of the contract; 2) carrying out all construction works according to the scope of the contract based on the project documentation developed by the contractor and approved by the contracting authority, as mentioned in point 1, as well as all preparatory works necessary for the execution of the contract and performing all actions required by law. The contract includes the design and execution of the following works: - complete replacement of the track surface, - complete replacement of railway switches, - repair of surfaces at railway-road crossings, - profiling of the track bed, - accompanying works in the field of railway traffic control, - drainage works, - cutting down trees and shrubs with the establishment of new firebreaks. The contracting authority emphasizes that the entire scope of the contract must be executed in accordance with the SWZ, applicable laws, the contracting authority's regulations, standards, technical knowledge, and construction practices.
