Maintenance and Care of Green Areas in Tarnowo Podgórne

The contract involves the maintenance and care of green areas in the municipality of Tarnowo Podgórne. The scope of work is detailed in Annex 4 of the Terms of Reference. The contracting authority may award up to 30% of the initial contract value for similar services, particularly in maintaining and caring for green areas, under the conditions of the primary contract, with adjustments to deadlines and unit prices after negotiations. A six-month warranty on the services is required. The contractor or subcontractor must employ individuals performing the contract work under an employment relationship as specified in the Labor Code.
