Supply of Computer Equipment for UAM

This contract involves the ongoing supply of printing devices, monitors, and projectors for the units of Adam Mickiewicz University (UAM). The contract includes an option for additional purchases. Detailed specifications of the required equipment can be found in Appendix A of the procurement documents. The buyer commits to purchasing goods worth at least 80% of the total contract value with the awarded supplier. The quantities of specific computer equipment models listed are estimates and may change based on the buyer's needs during the contract period, allowing for adjustments between different models. Equivalent offers are permitted, meaning suppliers can propose equipment with the same or better technical, quality, and functional parameters that meet the minimum requirements specified in Appendix A. Suppliers may subcontract parts of the order, and they must indicate in their offer which parts will be subcontracted and provide the names of any known subcontractors. This order is partially funded by external sources, including European Union funds. The execution location is the organizational units of UAM.
