Computer Equipment Supply for UAM Units

The contract involves the sale and delivery of computer equipment for units of Adam Mickiewicz University (UAM). The procurement is divided into four parts, as detailed in Annex A of the procurement documents. The contractor is responsible for delivering the equipment at their own cost and risk to the locations specified by the buyer. This includes domestic and international transport, insurance, customs duties, and any other fees, all of which are the contractor's responsibility. The offered equipment must meet the standards and specifications outlined in Annex A. The contractor must include a technical description of the offered equipment with their bid, providing all necessary information to assess compliance with the procurement description, including catalog sheets, informational brochures, and a list detailing the manufacturer and model of the offered equipment, configurations, and specifications in Polish. Minimum warranty and service conditions are specified in Annex A. The buyer allows for equivalent offers, meaning the contractor can propose equipment with the same or better technical, quality, and functional parameters that meet the minimum requirements set by the buyer in Annex A. If trademarks are mentioned in the procurement description, the contractor may offer equivalent products that are at least of the same class or meet the same parameters expected by the buyer. The equivalent products must meet or exceed the technical and operational requirements described by the buyer. Contractors proposing equivalent solutions must demonstrate that their offered equipment meets the buyer's requirements, particularly through relevant evidence that confirms compliance with the specified criteria. The buyer accepts equivalent evidence if it confirms that the offered supplies meet the specified requirements, features, or criteria.
