Cleaning Services for Social Insurance Institution Facilities in Poland

The contract involves providing professional cleaning services at the facilities of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) in Bielsko-Biała and its subordinate Inspectorates in Cieszyn and Żywiec. The cleaning services must be performed efficiently, carefully, and on time, taking into account the needs of the facility users. The cleaning tasks include: 1) maintaining cleanliness within the ZUS facilities; 2) keeping the external areas of the properties clean; 3) window cleaning; 4) snow removal from roofs; 5) pest control, disinfection, and rodent control; 6) cleaning gutters and downspouts of debris and leaves; 7) maintaining and caring for green areas. The services will be provided at the following locations: 1) ZUS building at Krasińskiego 34, 36 in Bielsko-Biała; 2) ZUS building at Traugutta 2a in Bielsko-Biała; 3) ZUS Inspectorate buildings located at: a) Bielskiej 29 in Cieszyn; b) Piernikarskiej 2 in Żywiec.
