    Brief

The University of Jan Długosz in Częstochowa is seeking suppliers to provide a dynamic in vitro digestion model that simulates the behavior of gut microbiota in the human digestive system. Suppliers must submit their offers exclusively through the designated procurement platform at https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/ajd_czest/proceedings, under the specified title and case number. All inquiries and communications, except for the offers, should also be made through the platform using the 'Send a message to the contracting authority' form. The maximum file size for submissions is 150 MB, while communication files can be up to 500 MB. The recommended file formats are .pdf, .doc, .xls, and .jpg (.jpeg), with a preference for .pdf. For data compression, .zip or .7Z formats are suggested. Offers must be submitted electronically with a qualified electronic signature to be valid. Suppliers can modify or withdraw their offers before the submission deadline. The procurement process follows a reversed procedure as outlined in Article 139 of the Public Procurement Law, where offers are first evaluated, and then the qualifications of the highest-rated supplier are assessed for compliance and exclusion criteria.
