Supply of Computer Equipment and Software for Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa

This contract involves the delivery of computer equipment and software for Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa. The procurement includes the following items: 1. Two laptops with operating systems and computer mice. 2. Two office software licenses. 3. One monitor. Suppliers are allowed to submit partial offers for selected tasks. However, variant offers are not permitted. The specifications, including quantity and requirements, are detailed in Annex 2 of the Terms of Reference. All items must be brand new, fully functional, and free from defects. For tasks 1 and 2, the software licenses must allow for lifetime use without internet access. The supplier must provide the office software license through the official portal of the software manufacturer. A warranty period of 24 months is required for tasks 1 and 3. The delivery must be made to the buyer's location in Częstochowa. Additional conditions for the execution of the contract are outlined in Annex 4 of the Terms of Reference. This procurement is part of the project 'Multi-scale investigation of chemical looping combustion of biomass pellets towards negative CO2 emission' funded by the National Centre for Research and Development under the III Polish-Chinese Joint Research Program.
