Software Consultancy Services for Transport Booking System

Agder Kollektivtrafikk AS (AKT) is seeking consultancy services to enhance the flexible booking transport service known as Svipp. This will involve establishing a framework agreement for ongoing consultancy related to the development of innovative IT systems. Suppliers are invited to provide expertise in areas such as system development, maintenance, data security, and service level agreement (SLA) operations. The selected supplier will collaborate closely with AKT and other partners. The Svipp service has significant potential, with existing users already benefiting from the software. To maintain its competitiveness, continuous development in line with best practices in DevOps is essential. While specific requirements are not fully defined, potential areas for improvement include: enhancing user access management, facilitating transport between zones, integrating with school transport systems, and connecting with ticket sales and inspection systems. Additionally, the system should be capable of exchanging timetable data with Entur's systems and importing/exporting data with other platforms. The development will build upon the existing system rather than starting anew.
