Workwear Supply for Water Supply and Sewerage in Varna, Bulgaria

This contract involves the production and delivery of workwear that meets the requirements set by the contracting authority, detailed in the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1 of this documentation. This public procurement is reserved for specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities, or for economic entities whose main goal is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or disadvantaged individuals. The procurement is opened based on Article 18, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act through an open procedure. Participation is allowed for specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities, provided that at least 30% of their staff consists of people with disabilities or those in disadvantaged positions. These entities must be registered as specialized enterprises or cooperatives for at least three years prior to the opening of this procurement procedure. They must also be able to fulfill at least 80% of the contract with their own machines, equipment, and human resources. They may use subcontractors or refer to the capacity of third parties, provided these are also specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities. Other interested parties may submit offers, but these will only be considered if no offers from specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities are accepted. The quantities listed below are indicative, and the contracting authority reserves the right to request larger quantities of certain types of clothing during the contract period, within the contract value: 1. Insulated suit (overalls + jacket) - 1600 pcs. 2. Dock suit (pants + jacket) - 6000 pcs. 3. Full overalls with front zipper - 600 pcs. 4. Insulated coat with hood - 1300 pcs. 5. Women's winter lab coat (long tunic + pants) - 50 pcs. 6. Women's summer lab coat (long tunic + pants) - 50 pcs. 7. Insulated vest - 80 pcs. 8. Winter cleaner's suit - 30 pcs. 9. Summer cleaner's suit - 30 pcs.
