Food Supply Framework Agreement for 2026 in Romania

This contract involves establishing a framework agreement for the procurement of food products, which will be executed over a period of 12 months. Two subsequent contracts will be awarded: the first will cover the period from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, and the second from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The quantity for the first subsequent contract will be 60% of the total quantity of the framework agreement, while the second contract will include the remaining quantity from the first contract plus 40% of the total quantity from the framework agreement.
