Purchase of Surgical Robots and Accessories

This contract involves the procurement of two surgical robots along with the necessary tools and accessories for medical procedures for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. The procurement is divided into three tasks: 1) Task 1 – Surgical Robot I (1 unit), 2) Task 2 – Surgical Robot II (1 unit), 3) Task 3 – Tools and accessories for procedures using the offered surgical robots (to be delivered progressively). Detailed specifications, including a list of devices, quantities, and execution methods, are provided in the attachments to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). The attachments include: 1) Attachment 1A – Price Form, 2) Attachment 1B – Description of the Subject of the Order, 3) Attachment 3A – Draft contract for one-time delivery (related to tasks 1 and 2), 4) Attachment 3B – Draft contract for progressive deliveries (related to task 3). The contractor must submit the completed attachments with their offer. The offered items must be complete, of high quality and functionality, and free from material, construction, and legal defects. They must also comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022. The contracting authority allows equivalent solutions if the specifications refer to trademarks, parameters, or specific processes. The procurement is financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, specifically aimed at improving access to high-quality oncology therapy and diagnostics. The contractor must ensure that the purchased items do not cause significant environmental harm. The contracting authority also reserves the right to exercise an option under Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law.
