Laboratory Reagents Supply for Research

The contract involves the ongoing supply of specialized laboratory reagents for scientific research conducted by the Regenerative Biology Team at the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn. Suppliers must submit a single offer, as partial bids are not allowed. The products must be delivered with accompanying safety data sheets and/or quality specifications that confirm compliance with the requirements outlined in the contract documents. The warranty period for the products must be at least 75% of the standard warranty offered by the manufacturer, starting from the delivery date. The contract will last for 24 months, with partial deliveries required within a maximum of 35 days from the order date. Suppliers must also provide necessary documentation, including safety data sheets, in original or certified copies, and any foreign language documents must be accompanied by Polish translations. Failure to submit complete documentation may result in a request for resubmission.
