    Brief

    The contract involves the ongoing supply of consumable materials, specifically pipette tips, for research conducted at the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn. Detailed specifications of the required items can be found in the negotiation positions (Attachment 3) and in the pricing form (Attachment 7). The offered laboratory materials and accessories must meet the specified requirements regarding dimensions, material type, and additional parameters outlined in the offer form (Attachment 1) and Attachment 7 of the Terms of Reference. The laboratory materials must be approved for sale in Poland or the EU. The contracting authority has established an option in accordance with Article 441, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law. The contractor must include this option in their offer price. During the contract period, the contracting authority may exercise this option but is only obligated to order the base quantity specified in Attachment 7 under the column 'Quantity of Options.' The right to exercise the option will be governed by the terms outlined in the draft contract provisions, which are included as Attachment 2 to this invitation. The contracting authority must submit a declaration of intent to exercise the option.
