Purchase of MRI Equipment and Construction of a Containerized MRI Facility

This contract involves the procurement of MRI equipment and the establishment of a containerized MRI facility as part of the project "Development and Implementation of Specialized Programs for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Mental Disorders." This project is co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development Program 2021-2027. The contract consists of two parts: Part 1 includes the preparation of project documentation, necessary construction work at a temporary location, and the installation of the container with the MRI. Part 2 involves the preparation of project documentation, construction work, and the installation of the container with the MRI at the final location. The MRI equipment must be brand new, ready for use, free from physical and legal defects, of the highest quality, and come with a minimum 24-month warranty. The contractor is responsible for delivering the equipment and ensuring it meets all regulatory requirements for medical devices in Poland. Suppliers may submit equivalent offers, provided they meet or exceed the specified parameters. The contractor must also obtain all necessary permits and approvals related to construction and usage.
