Purchase of MRI Equipment and Construction of a Containerized MRI Facility

This contract involves the procurement of MRI equipment and the establishment of a containerized MRI facility as part of the project "Development and Implementation of Specialized Programs for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Mental Disorders," co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development Program 2021-2027. The project aims to enhance mental health services and ensure a resilient healthcare system. The MRI equipment must be brand new, ready for use, free from physical and legal defects, and of the highest quality, with a minimum warranty period of 24 months from the date of acceptance. The contractor will also provide at least a 36-month warranty for construction and adaptation works related to the containerized facility. The acceptance of the contract will be based on two protocols: one for the delivery of the MRI equipment and construction works, and another for training the client's personnel. The MRI device must comply with Polish medical device regulations. Equivalent offers are allowed, provided they meet all specified requirements. The contractor is responsible for all necessary permits and approvals related to construction and must adhere to the highest quality standards throughout the project.
