Transaction Portal Development and Consulting Services

This public procurement contract aims to create a robust and secure IT environment for the operation of a Transaction Portal that facilitates data sharing and exchange between the information systems of the Příbram Regional Hospital and other external systems. The project will be co-financed by the European Union's structural funds through the Integrated Regional Operational Program. The contract includes the delivery and implementation of: 1. Part 1: Transaction Portal – A portal for data sharing and exchange. 2. Part 2: Hardware and Software – Including hardware, software, implementation, and services necessary for the operation of the Transaction Portal. Additionally, the contract includes providing operational support for 60 months after the project handover. The procurement is divided into two parts: • Part 1: Transaction Portal • Part 2: Hardware and Software, including implementation and operational services. Participants may submit one bid for one part or both parts of the contract, with separate submissions required for each part. The buyer may select different suppliers for each part. Technical specifications for the contract are detailed in the appendices: • For Part 1: Appendices 4 and 5 of this document. • For Part 2: Appendix 3 of this document. The buyer advises suppliers that they must ensure the provision of necessary information and integration tools (access codes, source codes, system documentation) from the authors or operators of existing systems that the supplied software will need to integrate with, particularly the Hospital Information System.
