    Brief

    This public procurement contract involves the rental of one Multiplex PCR system for testing, which must be guaranteed for quality and full operational capability for at least the duration of the contract. The contract includes the supply of necessary consumables, periodic safety and technical inspections, and calibration of the equipment. The equipment must be new, not refurbished, unused, fully functional, and complete with all accessories or technologies provided by the manufacturer. It also includes all rights necessary for proper and uninterrupted use, including professional assembly, installation, and commissioning, as well as staff training. Delivery, installation, and commissioning of the equipment at the buyer's location must comply with applicable Czech legal regulations and standards, as well as generally binding regulations and recommended manufacturer methodologies. The contract also includes all validations or periodic safety and technical inspections required by law and the manufacturer, including calibration or verification of measuring instruments, and the supply of necessary consumables or additional services needed for the operation of the supplied equipment for a period of 84 months from the date of delivery, based on the expected utilization described in Annex 1 of the procurement documentation. Technical requirements for the supplied device are specified in Annex 2 of the procurement documentation.
