Construction of Student Dormitory in Cottbus

This contract involves the construction of a new student dormitory in Cottbus, designed to accommodate 114 residents. The building will be a four-story structure (ground floor and three upper floors) constructed using solid building methods, without a basement. Access to the site will be from Willy-Brandt-Straße via a connecting road. The design includes two independent emergency exits, with a staircase located centrally within the building and an external staircase at the southern gable. To ensure accessibility, an elevator will be installed to serve all floors. The ground floor will house administrative offices, necessary technical rooms, a cafeteria with a maximum capacity of 130 seats, and associated sanitary facilities. The total gross floor area is approximately 3,015 m², with a building height of 13.75 m. The floor heights are 3.55 m for the ground floor, 2.77 m for the first and second floors, and 2.88 m for the top floor. All measurements are gross and refer to the outer edges of the building.
