Window Installation for New Apprenticeship Dormitory in Cottbus

This contract involves the construction of a new dormitory for apprentices in Cottbus, which will accommodate up to 114 residents. The building will be a four-story structure (ground floor and three upper floors) built using solid construction methods, without a basement. Access to the site will be from Willy-Brandt-Straße via the access road to the residential complex. To ensure safety, two independent emergency exits will be included, with a staircase planned in the middle of the building and an external staircase at the southern gable. An elevator will be installed for barrier-free access to all floors. The ground floor will house administrative offices, necessary technical rooms, a cafeteria with a maximum of 130 seats and an attached kitchen, as well as related sanitary facilities. The total gross floor area is approximately 3,015 m², with a building height of 13.75 m and four floors. Floor heights are 3.55 m for the ground floor, 2.77 m for the first and second floors, and 2.88 m for the top floor. All measurements are gross and refer to the outer edges of the building.
