Food and Meal Services Procurement

The Eastern Uusimaa Welfare Area is requesting proposals for food and facility maintenance services as outlined in the procurement notice published on the Hilma announcement channel, along with this request for proposals and its attachments. The procurement unit will select one (1) service provider with whom a contract will be signed. Partial bids, parallel, and alternative offers are not allowed. The procurement unit is not committed to specific procurement quantities; the quantities presented in the request for proposals are forecasts of the needs. The service provider will not have exclusive rights to provide these services to the procurement unit. The procurement has not been divided into parts, as meal and cleaning services form a naturally synergistic procurement entity. Competing for these services together will lead to the most economically advantageous outcome. The selected service provider must create combined job descriptions to enhance efficiency. The procurement unit aims to strengthen delivery reliability and accelerate development speed for these services. The goal is to acquire appropriate services at a competitive price.
