Parking System Software Services in Hungary

This procurement contract is for the provision of a Unified Integrated Parking System, system support, and related services for Józsefvárosi Gazdálkodási Központ Zrt. The successful bidder will be responsible for managing and supporting 11,957 public paid parking spaces, with the possibility of variation during the contract period. Additionally, the contract includes software services for issuing approximately 70,000 penalty notices annually. Key responsibilities include: providing and operating a management system that supports parking operations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, maintaining continuous operation of the management system, and providing necessary background capacities. The system must support at least 45 concurrent users and handle approximately 25,000 complaint cases per year. A call center with call recording capabilities must be provided, along with training for users. The successful bidder will also be responsible for maintaining SIM cards in PDAs within a closed APN network at 4G speeds, and for ongoing communication with external organizations related to parking operations. The system must be capable of querying vehicle and personal data from central databases and must work with existing hardware and software environments. The contract value is 270,000,000 HUF.
