Centralized Procurement of Office Supplies in Romania

This centralized framework agreement aims to provide office supplies and stationery products for users specified in the agreement. The products will be delivered to designated addresses based on the users' needs and within the allocated budget. Users are the beneficiaries listed in Annex 2 of the specifications who will enter into subsequent contracts based on this framework agreement. The minimum and maximum quantities for the entire framework agreement, as well as for subsequent contracts, are detailed in Annex 1 of the specifications. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 150,000.00 LEI, excluding VAT, for a period ranging from 1 to 6 months. The maximum estimated value of the procurement represents the total maximum value of the centralized framework agreement resulting from this procedure for its entire duration. The minimum estimated value represents the minimum value of the centralized framework agreement resulting from this procedure for its entire duration. Clarifications can be requested up to 19 days before the deadline for submitting offers; requests made after this period will not be considered. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
