Moving Services for the University of Hamburg

The University of Hamburg (UHH) is a leading research university in Germany, with over 43,000 students and approximately 6,000 staff members. As part of its 'Flagship University' initiative in the Hamburg metropolitan area, UHH fosters innovative partnerships with academic and non-academic organizations. The university is seeking a service provider to conduct moving services for its Schlüterstraße campus and the MIN-Forum. The Schlüterstraße campus, located at Schlüterstraße 51, 20146 Hamburg, will be occupied by UHH and two other users from November 2025 to March 2026. UHH will utilize approximately 32,000 square meters of net space across 700 rooms, including around 450 offices and 124 psychological and educational laboratories. The MIN-Forum, located at Bundesstraße 56, 20146 Hamburg, will be occupied in the first quarter of 2026 and will include around 685 rooms and workspaces over approximately 19,000 square meters. This includes 322 offices and various seminar and meeting rooms. The project aims to ensure a smooth transition to these new facilities, supporting UHH's mission of providing education and knowledge exchange.
