This contract involves providing vehicle repair services, including the purchase of parts for ongoing repairs and technical maintenance of police vehicles used by the Lubusz Voivodeship police units in the southern region. The main services required include technical servicing, which encompasses diagnostics (technical condition assessment), including computer diagnostics (error code reading, fault diagnosis) of the vehicle, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications based on mileage/age or vehicle computer indications. This also includes oil changes along with filters (engine oil, air, cabin, and fuel filters) and checking the functionality of emergency signaling and the state of the generator if equipped. Any necessary actions to restore vehicle functionality beyond the technical servicing scope will be included in the repair cost estimate, with a service turnaround of up to 2 working days. Additionally, ongoing repairs involve diagnosing and replacing damaged mechanical and electrical parts due to failures during vehicle use, checking emergency signaling functionality, and refilling the car's air conditioning system (replenishing refrigerant R134a, R1234yf) with a repair turnaround of up to 7 working days. A list of police vehicles covered by this service is included as an integral part of the contract. Detailed requirements regarding the execution of the contract, payment terms, and other legal regulations are outlined in the contract draft. The contractor must hold a valid liability insurance policy of at least 200,000 PLN related to the contract subject during the contract period. The contractor is required to present this policy upon signing the contract. The contractor must fulfill the contract according to the requirements specified in the contract notice and its attachments.
