Towing Services for Police in Lubusz Voivodeship

This contract involves providing comprehensive towing services for vehicles with a total weight of up to 3.5 tons, as well as parts and secured property held by the police for legal purposes, within the jurisdiction of the Police units in the Lubusz Voivodeship. The services will include towing and transporting vehicles and secured property that are held as police deposits or otherwise secured, to facilitate necessary legal actions in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure, excluding cases specified in Articles 50a and 130a of the Road Traffic Act. The contract will be executed in phases, as needed by the contracting authority, with the number of services depending on events. The contractor must not employ or use individuals who have been legally convicted of intentional crimes prosecuted by public accusation or intentional tax crimes. The transportation services provided under this contract are not considered roadside assistance, humanitarian actions, or rescue operations, but rather standard road transport, with all consequences arising from the Road Transport Act and related regulations. Therefore, the contractor's vehicle must be equipped with a tachograph (driver working hours) and an electronic toll collection system for vehicles exceeding 3.5 tons.
