Digital Equipment for Health Services in Brașov

This procurement procedure is part of the implementation of the project "DIGITALIZATION OF DSPJ BRAȘOV SERVICES". The funding is provided through the NATIONAL RECOVERY AND RESILIENCE PLAN, I3. The project aims to establish an eHealth and telemedicine system, specifically focusing on the digitalization of health institutions under the Ministry of Health. The procurement includes a variety of digital equipment: 54 All-in-One computers with operating system and Microsoft Office licenses, 23 laptops with licenses, 1 interactive display, 1 interactive kiosk, 5 portable color printers, 2 A3 multifunctional laser printers, 16 A4 multifunctional laser printers, 1 scanner, 18 tablets, 1 video projector, 5 PDF document licenses, 18 access points, 1 backup server, 2 servers, 3 anti-malware and firewall gateway devices, 3 firewalls, 6 switches, 4 label printers, 4 barcode readers, and 52 UPS devices. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
