Repair and Maintenance Services for Kitchen Equipment in France

This contract opportunity involves the maintenance and repair of kitchen and collective catering equipment, including vegetable cutters, electric ovens, dishwashers, gas fryers, refrigeration cabinets, and cold rooms. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders, with each lot being awarded separately. Services will be compensated based on unit prices. The framework agreement is valid for one year from the date of notification and can be automatically renewed annually for up to four years. If the maximum threshold is reached, it may be renewed early for a new period, but the total duration, including renewals, cannot exceed four years. The total duration will be proportionally reduced based on the months of early renewal.
