Supply of Vehicle Parts and Accessories

The local authority is seeking to purchase spare parts for the maintenance of its fleet of light vehicles. This framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are divided into two lots and will be paid at unit prices. The estimated amounts correspond to the maximum annual amounts excluding tax. The framework agreements are concluded for one year, renewable three times. The maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is four years. Additionally, the renewal may occur early if the maximum amount is reached before the end of the considered period (initial period or one of the first two renewal periods). Therefore, the new contractual period will begin from the date specified in the early renewal letter, for a period of one year from date to date. The maximum duration of the framework agreement will thus be reduced in proportion to the months anticipated.
