Civil Engineering and Maintenance Works for Departmental Roads in Puy-de-Dôme, France

This contract involves the maintenance and small investment works on departmental roads in the Puy-de-Dôme region of France. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders, with each lot being awarded separately. Services will be compensated based on unit prices. Key services include: - Preparatory works, earthworks, and demolition of concrete and masonry structures; - Masonry or reinforced concrete works on maintenance or repair of civil engineering structures; - New construction works for common civil engineering structures (such as retaining walls, frames, etc.); - Restoration of road surfaces and superstructures; - Various civil engineering works. For specific operations, the project owner reserves the right to have similar services performed through another procurement procedure. The services will be divided into 13 geographical lots corresponding to the operational territory of the sectors linked to the 5 Territorial Road Development Divisions, as defined in the attached maps.
