These items will primarily be used in operating rooms, recovery rooms, intensive care units, and emergency departments. The supplier will loan the blowers to the buyer for the duration of the contract at no additional charge. The contract must cover the equipment and its maintenance costs, including delivery, labor, loaned equipment, travel expenses, spare parts, and supplies. During the contract period, the equipment remains the property of the supplier and must be retrieved after the contract ends. The buyer will purchase the disposable thermal blankets. The procurement unit estimates needing 58 blowers. The number of blowers is not directly proportional to the number of blankets purchased, and the estimated annual consumption of blankets is provided in the tender request. If the procurement unit requires additional blowers, the supplier is obligated to loan them at no extra cost to the buyer. It is clarified that there will be no additional costs incurred by the buyer for the blowers in this situation. The procurement unit does not guarantee minimum order quantities and is not committed to the estimated quantities presented. The quantities of blankets and blowers may be more or less than those stated in this tender request. One (1) supplier will be selected as the contract partner. The contract duration is 48 months, with an estimated start date of January 1, 2026.
