    Brief

    This procurement contract is for the acquisition of Border Crossing Simulator Equipment, as detailed in the attached technical specifications. The contracting authority intends to enter into a public procurement contract for these products. The delivery deadline for the complete set is a maximum of 60 days from the date of contract signing by both parties, as outlined in section 3.3.1 of the specifications. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information, provided that these requests are submitted within the specified timeframe, which is 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers, or 19 days before the final submission deadline. Requests for clarification regarding the award documentation must be submitted exclusively through the SEAP platform, by accessing the 'Questions' section of the ongoing procurement procedure. To view the uploaded award documentation in SEAP, the economic operator must have the necessary software to view electronically signed files. Attention! To ensure equal treatment, interested economic operators must comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the submission of requests for clarifications and additional information related to award documentation/responses during the public procurement procedures conducted electronically (online). Attached documents in the 'questions' section must NOT contain identifying information, as these will become public upon the contracting authority's response.
