Medical Equipment Maintenance Services

This contract is for the maintenance and repair of medical and surgical equipment, specifically focusing on the maintenance of a computed tomography (CT) radiological installation. The services required include monthly system checks, one intervention per month, and preventive maintenance interventions in accordance with the equipment's service manuals. There will be two preventive maintenance interventions per year and one annual intervention for the injector. A warranty period will be provided after each preventive maintenance intervention, lasting a minimum of six months for semi-annual interventions and twelve months for annual interventions. The service provider must respond to the buyer's requests during the warranty period. Corrective maintenance, including planned repairs and emergency interventions for diagnosing and fixing issues, is also required, along with technical support for users as needed. The service provider must conduct technical checks as per the conditions outlined in the usage authorization issued by CNCAN and provide a technical verification report to the buyer before the expiration of the previous report.
