Surgical Suture Materials Supply Contract (2023-2027)

This contract involves the supply of surgical suture materials as specified in the terms of reference. The contract will be established through a framework agreement lasting 48 months with the economic operator whose bid ranks in the top three based on the award criteria outlined in section II.2.5 of the procurement data sheet. Please note that suppliers have 20 days to request clarifications before the deadline for submitting bids. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification submitted within the specified timeframe, which is 11 days before the bid submission deadline. The contracting authority is not obligated to respond to requests for clarification or additional information that are submitted after the established deadline.
