Construction of a Gymnastics Facility in Tilburg

The municipality of Tilburg plans to construct a gymnastics facility in the Stappegoor neighborhood, near T-Kwadraat and the Pathé cinema. This facility will cover approximately 2,900 square meters of gross floor area and will be housed in a ground-level building. In addition to the gymnastics area, the building will include the following amenities: • A movement box; • Sanitary facilities; • A daycare for toddlers (ages 2-4) and after-school care (BSO-sport) with its own outdoor space; • Storage areas for the Sports Company Tilburg and ROC Sport and Movement; • A food service corner. The estimated value of the project is between €9,000,000 and €9,500,000.
