Talent Check Berlin Operator

The Berlin Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family, the Regional Directorate Berlin-Brandenburg of the Federal Employment Agency, and the Berlin Chamber of Commerce have been operating the 'Talent Check Berlin' since 2021. This is a career orientation project for 8th and 9th-grade students from general education schools. The Talent Check Berlin aims to provide participating youth with a meaningful and objective assessment of their talents and potentials. To achieve this, the young participants engage in a series of playful yet scientifically validated tests that assess their technical understanding and cognitive abilities, among other skills. The Talent Check Berlin supports the overall goals of the state concept for career orientation and complements existing career and study orientation offerings. The partners aim to strengthen the individual career choice competencies of young people, ensuring that students are engaged in their world and have a sustainably positive experience. The Berlin Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family (hereinafter referred to as 'the Client') is responsible for the Talent Check Berlin. An operator (hereinafter referred to as 'the Operator') will be commissioned to carry out the operational implementation (operation). This is the subject of the present service description.
