Brief
This contract involves the preparation of design and cost documentation for the construction of streets and networks in the village of Ignatki, Juchnowiec Kościelny municipality, as well as obtaining final building permits, ZRID decisions, effective construction notifications, or performing other construction works, along with providing author supervision over the projects during the investment implementation. Task 1: Preparation of design and cost documentation for street construction. The contract includes developing the concept and complete design and cost documentation for the construction of the following streets: Tęczowa, Gajowa, Zacisze, Piękna, and Poziomkowa in the village of Ignatki, Juchnowiec Kościelny, within the area covered by the local spatial development plan for part of the village of Ignatki (Planning Area Ignatki Village - East) adopted by Resolution No. XXXIV/375/2014 of the Juchnowiec Kościelny Municipal Council on March 13, 2014, amended by Resolution No. XLII/382/2018 of the Juchnowiec Kościelny Municipal Council on August 27, 2018. Task 2: Preparation of design and cost documentation for network construction. The contract includes developing complete design and cost documentation for the construction of a gravity and pressure sanitary sewage system and the expansion of the water supply network in the village of Ignatki, Juchnowiec Kościelny, within the area covered by the local spatial development plan for part of the village of Ignatki (Planning Area Ignatki Village - East) adopted by Resolution No. XXXIV/375/2014 of the Juchnowiec Kościelny Municipal Council on March 13, 2014, amended by Resolution No. XLII/382/2018 of the Juchnowiec Kościelny Municipal Council on August 27, 2018. Task 3: Provision of author supervision services. Services related to providing author supervision over the execution of construction works, with a maximum of 15 site visits (total for all stages of implementation). The rules for providing author supervision are as follows: 1) the contractor of the design documentation will ensure that author supervision is provided by authorized designers in all branches, in accordance with building law requirements; 2) author supervision will be provided during the investment implementation period (all stages), from the start of construction to the final completion and acceptance, and obtaining a use permit or equivalent document, if required, at the request of the Ordering Party or the supervising inspector, with the request to be submitted in writing, sent by fax, email, or reported by phone. Notification should occur at least one day in advance; 3) requests related to complaints about the design documentation will not be paid.
