Roofing and Insulation Works for Hohenstaufen Gymnasium Renovation

This project involves the renovation of a 1970s extension of the Hohenstaufen Gymnasium in Bad Wimpfen. The existing building includes an auditorium, classrooms, and a cafeteria, originally built around 1977 as an extension of a former monastery. In 2005, a cafeteria was added. The building has three floors (basement and two above ground) and is classified as a special building. It features an irregular floor plan and connects directly to the monastery building through the auditorium. The project will maintain the overall structure and usage of the building while demolishing the external sanitary unit and replacing windows and roofing. The steel structure of the cafeteria will be remodeled. Interior work will include clearing, dismantling, and demolition as part of the renovation.
