Herts, Beds & Bucks Development Framework Generation 2 - Construction and Consultancy Services

Echelon Consultancy, on behalf of Chime Housing, is establishing a second-generation Development Framework to deliver construction works and associated consultancy services across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and surrounding areas. This framework is open to Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Registered Providers, and other Public Sector bodies. The framework runs for four years with the option to call off longer-term contracts beyond this period. Construction lots are divided into different value bands to encourage participation from both SMEs and Tier One organisations. The framework provides clients with complete flexibility to call off services based on their needs. Echelon is conducting preliminary market engagement through an online survey (approximately 10-15 minutes) to gather supplier feedback on the framework's design. All responses are anonymous and confidential. Suppliers are encouraged to provide honest opinions to ensure the framework meets the needs of both clients and suppliers.
