Registration Plates for the City of Łódź

The City of Łódź is seeking suppliers for the production and delivery of registration plates for the year 2026. This contract includes the collection of retired registration plates. Detailed specifications can be found in Attachment 1 of the procurement documentation. The contract execution period is from the date of signing the agreement (not before January 1, 2026) until December 31, 2026. Suppliers applying as a consortium must provide a statement indicating which parts of the contract each member will fulfill. The City reserves the right to increase the order by up to 55% if demand exceeds expectations, and also has the option to reduce the order by up to 20%. Suppliers should note that no preliminary market consultations were conducted prior to this procurement.
