Exhibition Stand Design and Construction for Expo Real 2025

The City of Łódź is seeking suppliers to design, prepare, construct, and install a promotional exhibition stand measuring 103 m² for the International Expo Real 2025, taking place from October 6-8, 2025, in Munich. Detailed specifications can be found in Attachment 1 of the procurement documents and in the contract template in Attachment 6. The contract execution period is from the date of signing until October 13, 2025. Suppliers applying as a consortium must provide a statement indicating which parts of the project each member will handle. The buyer does not anticipate a framework agreement, variant or partial offers, or electronic auctions. There is a possibility of awarding similar services up to a net amount of 741,000 PLN based on negotiations with the current supplier.
