Construction and Installation Works for Window Replacement at Sofia Public Transport

This contract involves construction and installation works aimed at replacing windows at the 'Druzhba' division of Sofia Public Transport EAD. The project is located in Sofia, Iskar District, at 7 Captain Lyuben Kondakov Street. The site includes several buildings: an administrative building, a service building, a car wash, and a painting facility. A detailed quantity account has been prepared for the described buildings, which includes all activities related to the contract. During adverse weather conditions (such as rain), there are numerous leaks from the interior side of the windows in the buildings. There are also many technological joints between the window sashes and frames, which hinder the normal operation of the buildings and the equipment within them. The public procurement includes: a) execution of construction work, including current repairs of the buildings within the territory of the 'Druzhba' area, classified as a fifth category according to Article 137, paragraph 1, item 5 of the Spatial Planning Act, which includes the following main activities: - dismantling of old windows; - delivery and installation of new windows; - delivery and installation of external window sills; - finishing around the replaced windows. b) rectification of defects that arise during the warranty periods specified in the public procurement contract. All activities, as well as a complete description of the requirements for them, are detailed in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), which is an integral part of the public procurement documentation.
