Cleaning Services for Hervanta Area

This contract opportunity involves cleaning services for several locations in the Hervanta area, including the Hervanta Activity Center (health center, library, and home care team facilities), the Hervanta Leisure Center, the Hervanta Ice Hall, and the Hervanta rock shelters A and B. A site visit will be organized by the buyer on October 28, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM from the main entrance of the Hervanta Activity Center located at Insinöörinkatu 38. The visit will continue to the Hervanta Leisure Center, which is a construction site. Participants must bring their own safety shoes, helmets, vests, and glasses. The tour will then proceed to other locations. The sites will be presented by service experts from Pirkanmaan Voimia Oy, Anne Rikala and Anne Kaukinen, who can be reached at 040 801 6314. Participation in the site visits is mandatory for bid acceptance, as these visits will provide additional information about surface materials and the structures of the facilities.
