Additionally, the webshop needs to be technically integrated with the AFAS ordering system, which is the ordering platform within AFAS ERP software that manages Albeda's internal ordering, approval, and invoicing processes. The estimated total purchasing volume for the supply of flowers, greeting cards, gift cards, and gifts is approximately EUR 100,000 per year, including VAT, based on historical data. This estimated volume is not guaranteed, and future demand may vary due to policy developments. The final scope of the contract will depend entirely on requests from Albeda.
