Mobility and Passenger Lifts Servicing and Maintenance Contract

London & Quadrant seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive inspection, servicing, maintenance, repair and associated works for two distinct categories of lifting equipment across their residential property portfolio: Domestic Mobility Equipment: Including slings, bathing equipment, electric beds, hoists, platform lifts, stairlifts, through-floor lifts and other accessibility equipment that supports individual residents, often in their homes, frequently involving vulnerable and dependent users. Passenger Lifts: Including traction lifts (geared and gearless), hydraulic lifts, machine room less (MRL) lifts, firefighting/fireman's lifts and goods passenger lifts serving multiple residents and the public in communal residential buildings where reliability and safety are critical. Assets vary significantly in age, manufacturer, technical complexity and usage intensity. Contractors must deliver proportionate, responsive and tailored service models appropriate to each asset type, with particular attention to uptime and public safety for passenger lifts, and specialized care for vulnerable users relying on mobility equipment. This is an established contract managing a large and diverse equipment portfolio across London & Quadrant's residential properties.
