Garden and Park Maintenance Services for the University of León

The purpose of this contract is to provide maintenance, conservation, and improvement services for the landscaped areas and trees at the University of León in León, Spain. This includes the replacement of plant species and the implementation of sustainability and water efficiency measures. The contracted service will ensure that all green areas, landscaped spaces, trees, irrigation systems, and associated facilities are maintained in excellent condition, including mowing, cleaning, and weed removal. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining any new landscaped areas or green spaces that the University may add during the contract period, provided these do not significantly alter the scope of the contract.
