Supply of Medicines for Anemia Treatment

This contract involves the supply of medicines as specified in the requirements document. The maximum value of each subsequent contract for each lot is detailed in the LOT LIST, along with the minimum value within the estimated range excluding VAT for each LOT. The participation guarantee is set at 1% of the estimated value of the largest subsequent contract, in accordance with Decision No. 419/2018. The guarantee can be provided via bank transfer to the account of the Emergency County Hospital Pitesti at the Treasury of Pitesti, IBAN code RO 40 TREZ 0465006 XXX 009193. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Requests for clarifications can be made up to 20 days before the submission deadline.
