Brief

The buyer is seeking suppliers for the procurement of electrophysiological equipment through the establishment of a dedicated inventory warehouse. This procurement will be divided into 5 parts, totaling 586 units over 12 months. Suppliers must submit offers for all products listed in each part. The buyer may deviate from the specified quantity by up to 30% without changing the unit price or contract terms. Key conditions for the dedicated inventory warehouse include: - The initial stock quantity must be provided by the buyer to the winning supplier before contract signing, specified for each part. - The deadline for the first stock replenishment is outlined in section V.2 of the draft contract. - The buyer will generally send requests for supplies weekly, but may request them more frequently based on consumption. - The supplier must replenish the warehouse stock within 3 working days following the buyer's notification (supply request). - For urgent orders, the supplier is obligated to deliver within 1 working day. Suppliers must confirm their acceptance of the conditions for establishing the dedicated inventory warehouse in their bids. Failure to provide this confirmation, especially after a request for clarification, will result in the bid being invalid.
