Procurement of Medical Gases in Hungary

This contract involves the procurement of a NO gas mixture, delivery of medical gases, and rental of gas cylinders, along with the establishment of a dedicated warehouse and maintenance of the medical gas network. The work is divided into the following parts: 1. Procurement of inhalation NO gas mixture and related smart dispensing devices for the Gottsegen György National Cardiovascular Institute. 2. Delivery of medical gases and rental of mobile cylinders for the Balatonfüredi State Heart Hospital. 3. Maintenance of the oxygen network and compressed air network for the Balatonfüredi State Heart Hospital. 4. The buyer reserves the right to withdraw from the procurement need specified in part 4. The buyer may deviate by an additional 100% from the quantities specified in parts 1 and 2 without modifying the unit price or other contractual conditions (optional part). The conditions for the dedicated warehouse include: 2. The supplier must deliver the quantities specified in the Technical Description and draft contract, which are part of the procurement documentation, as the initial stock of the dedicated warehouse. - The deadline for the first filling of the dedicated warehouse is within 5 working days after the contract comes into effect. - The buyer generally sends requests to the supplier every two weeks, but may also request shorter intervals depending on consumption. - The supplier must replenish the stock of the dedicated warehouse within 2 working days after receiving a notification from the buyer (submission of a request for replenishment). - In case of urgent orders, the supplier is obliged to deliver within 1 day. - The supplier must declare acceptance of the conditions for establishing the dedicated warehouse in the offer. In the absence of this declaration, the offer will be invalid. The exact subject, quantity, and tasks of the awarded supplier are detailed in the Technical Description and draft contract, which are part of the procurement documentation.
